Dr Gary Crotaz holds a medical degree and PhD from Cambridge and trained in coaching at Henley Business School. He is a member of Forbes Coaches Council and Thinkers 360 has named him as a Top Ten global thought leader in coaching.
Having performed as a dancer and also sat at the boardroom table in two global retailers, a higher education institution and two scale-up technology businesses, Gary is smart, quirky, entertaining and provocative. He is an accomplished facilitator of both small and large group sessions, in person and online, and loves to engage the audience with interactive elements in his keynotes.
He works with large businesses, leaders, and what are known as UHNW (ultra-high net worth) families. He focusses on identifying opportunities to build upon strengths, maximise performance, and succeed at work and home. Available for both in-person and virtual coaching sessions, Gary is an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
He has a wealth of fascinating personal experience to draw on and has interviewed over 50 of the world’s leading coaches and management thinkers from sectors including science, athletics, business, and performance, for his leadership podcast ‘The Unlock Moment’, from the world’s number one executive coach Dr Marshall Goldsmith to the CEO of WD-40 Company Garry Ridge and the founder of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching, Dr Carol Kauffman. Since it’s inception, the podcast has been downloaded in over 90 countries worldwide.

In 2023, Dr Gary participated in a panel session on the future of work for the UK launch of the global #3 freelancer marketplace, Malt. He also delivered a session on resilience in leadership for a division of the NHS.
