 Beckie Taylor | Keynotes

The Human Advantage: Why AI Won’t Save Your Business (But Your People Will): As organisations race to adopt AI, many are focussed on automation, efficiency, and productivity, but technology alone doesn’t create high-performing organisations. – The hidden risk of pursuing efficiency without trust
– How psychological safety drives innovation
– Why human judgement matters more than ever
– How leaders can build organisations that people want to stay in

.

– Building trust during AI transformation
– Human judgement vs artificial intelligence
– Curiosity as a leadership skill
– Preparing teams for continuous change

.

Leading Beyond Self-Doubt: How Successful People Build Confidence, Manage Imposter Syndrome, and Lead With Impact: Many of the most capable people spend their careers questioning whether they are good enough.
