Yassin Konstantinidis initially trained as an architect at UCL’s Bartlett School of Architecture and studied theatre at Central Saint Martins.
His films for WWF, made with real ice, fire, and smoke, and thermal cameras, have become a case study in animation where the process is inseparable from the message. Recent work includes the stop-motion opener for the 2026 Winter Olympics on BBC, which drew the broadcaster’s largest-ever audience for the Games.

Yassin Konstantinidis | Signature Keynote
Outrageous Effort: AI has made the old signals of value free, and therefore worthless as a signal. Yannis argues that visible, unfakeable human effort is becoming the last real marker of value, and shows what that means for anyone who communicates products, services, and ideas.
