More About Adam Kingl
Since 2019, Adam Kingl has been an adjunct faculty member at Hult International Business School, as well as an adjunct lecturer in strategy and entrepreneurship at the UCL School of Management since 2021. He has previously been an executive Director of Thought Leadership and Learning Solutions for London Business School, an associate of Saatchi & Saatchi and the Regional Managing Director for Duke Corporate Education. During his time at Duke, the company was named the second base in the world for custom work in the Financial Times’ Executive Education rankings.

ADAM KINGL – WRITING
In 2020, Adam released his first book Next Generational Leadership. It contained his thorough knowledge of the executive education field and offers an in-depth, evidence-based look into the expectations of younger generations in the workplace. His second book, Sparking Success, was released in 2023, and provides information on how non-creative businesses can learn from creative industries regarding their innovative capabilities. He has also contributed a number of writings over the years to outlets including The Financial Times, the Sunday Times, Fast Company, Business News Daily, Forbes, Fortune, Business Strategy Review, The National, South China Morning Post, Saudi Gazette, and The Guardian, amongst many other international titles.
