Amelia Kallman didn’t start her career in the tech industry but in a theatrical background, beginning her technology career by chance in in 2013 when working for a creative technology agency. Here she progressed to become their Global Head of Innovation. She believes it is the fact she has come from a non-traditional technology background that enables her to have the talent for making the complex accessible.

While sharing her expertise with many Fortune 500 companies, Amelia also shares her wisdom and knowledge online, hosting XR Star, a regular podcast discussing all things Extended Reality as well as her YouTube series Blockchain in the Metaverse. Telling her experiences opening China’s first Burlesque club, Amelia published her first book The Diary of a Shanghai Showgirl in 2015.
