Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson is one of Britain’s greatest Paralympians, having competed in five Paralympic Games and winning 11 gold medals, 4 silvers and 1 bronze.
She is widely acknowledged as one of the most gifted and courageous sportswomen of her generation.
Tammi is also a Crossbench Peer in the House of Lords, motivational speaker and broadcaster. In recognition of her service to sport, Tanni was made a Dame in 2005, while in 2010, Tanni became a life peer and was conferred as Baroness Grey-Thompson with a position as a crossbench peer in the House of Lords.
