This is one of the reasons she has made it her mission is to help women build confidence and embrace their unique strengths and abilities.
Since her own transformation from fashion designer to women’s business coach, it has become Elif’s goal to help business women start making an impact with their product or service, as well as to create an even playing field for women, giving them an equal voice in the world of business. She provides one to one coaching, a 12-month sisterhood circle for driven, success-focussed woman and a 12-week Passion to Profit online training programme. In 2024 she is hosting a Transformational Healing Retreat.

In 2023, Elif published her first book How to Build Confidence in 7 Steps, a self-help guide that helps women boost their confidence with a mix of practical exercises, personal stories, and expert guidance. The book offers a step-by-step plan for building inner strength and outer poise, strategies for setting realistic goals, networking intentionally, and taking care of their mental health.
The book is inspiring and motivating with real-life stories of women who have overcome challenges and developed the unshakeable inner confidence.
In the same year Elif published the Unshakeable Confidence Journal, a journaling guide for women to track their progress and see the bigger picture as they work towards their goals, following daily journaling prompts, inspiring quotes and reflective pages.
