Gina Buckney | New 2026 Keynote
REBOOT – FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE™: A high-impact keynote for organisations navigating complexity, constant change, and AI-accelerated work environments. As organisations accelerate through AI, automation, and digital transformation, operational speed is increasing significantly. Human cognitive capacity has not scaled at the same rate. This creates a performance gap: cognitive overload, decision fatigue, fragmented attention, and reduced clarity under pressure. This keynote addresses that gap directly. It provides a structured reset for improving focus, clarity, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
As pressure increases and execution becomes more time-sensitive, even small differences in focus, clarity, and decision-making are having a greater impact on performance outcomes and competitive advantage. In short: organisations are upgrading technology — but not humanware. Reboot for High Performance™ addresses this gap directly. It strengthens the human side of performance so people
can operate effectively in fast, complex, constantly changing environments. Rather than asking people to simply “cope with more,” it introduces a structured way to reset how teams think, focus, and make decisions under pressure.
Key Themes:
– AI Acceleration and Human Cognitive Limits
– Cognitive Overload in Modern Organisations
– Decision Fatigue and Performance Degradation
– Attention Fragmentation Under Pressure
– Resetting Thinking Systems For Clarity and Execution
