A former Psychology teacher, Helen Gibson also has significant central government experience, including working as a Civil Servant at the Cabinet Office, an MBA and for PA Consultancy Group. She served as a Magistrate for the Westminster and Central London Bench.
Since 2009, Helen has been at Agencia, working alongside her father and sister in the family firm. Agencia deliver sustainable, beneficial and meaningful change to organisations both in the UK and internationally.
With a focus on changing lives for the better, Helen has been involved in reforming government judicial capabilities, transforming healthcare services and developing integrated strategies for organisations, as well as improving communities. Helen’s values-drive leadership is demonstrated in the doubling of turnover in her time at the helm.

Helen is a mentor delivering the Cherie Blair Foundation Women in Business programme, a consultant and coach to a portfolio of clients and is sought for the role of non-executive director by organisations wanting to learn from her success and experience.
Helen performs a variety of voluntary roles, including being appointed by the Department of International Trade for six years running as a
Northern Powerhouse Export Champion and sitting on a Department for Business and Trade national policy group to give an SME perspective on free trade agreements that are being negotiated.
