Jennifer Bryan Speaking Topics

Jennifer Bryan on Why Should Anyone Care About Your Change?: The purpose of this session is to put people at the heart of the decision making room.  In this session, we will explore the holistic approach to change which helps identify the level of readiness the organisation and people are for the change to happen.  Foresight and organisational development tools, such as horizon scanning and trends analysis will be shared in relation to the application of defining the context of change and the ABChange model outlining how to lead people through the specific change.
Jennifer Bryan on Planning Change for the Past or the Future?: Most leaders plan change for the hear and now, but extraordinary leaders plan for the future.  In this session, we will look at how leaders can define a vision for the future and create a people/human centric approach to change that cuts through the fluff and enables organisations to thrive rather than just survive.
Jennifer Bryan on Building Resilience in Changing Environments: In this session, we will review a framework that allows us to re-define the organisational vision/roadmap, define how we can re-build/maintain a sense of community with our teams, and develop strategies to prioritise mental and physical health with our teams.  The holistic approach for leading change will be introduced to develop a people/human-centric change.
Jennifer Bryan on Future Proofing Your Organisation: In this session, we will be looking at how we can navigate a new landscape, define the next futures for organizations, work and the workplace, and lead our people through this change.  Foresight and leadership frameworks will be introduced to ensure the organization’s “greatest asset” is paid proper attention by marrying the personal and change task together.
Jennifer Bryan on Leading People-Centric Change: Leading change can be tricky and feel bewildering, particularly faced with multiple unknowns.  The ABChange Model can help us navigate through these difficult waters and give us a clear action plan for leading our teams.
