Jez Rose’s debut book Are You Being Served (2005) looks at the psychology behind extraordinary customer service. He followed this up in 2016 with Flip the Switch, which looks at why some people struggle to achieve despite trying, whilst others appear to achieve extraordinary results. His latest book Leading Change was released in 2024 and provides simple strategies for effective leadership. He is currently working on his fourth book, IF, which helps us to unlock life’s hidden paths, navigating the ‘what if’ and ‘if only’ moments.

Jez is a passionate advocate for the environment, youth, and equality. He created the world’s first Certified Carbon-Neutral honey farm Bees & Co. He has also supported Breathe Arts Health Research since 2019 which helps young children with hemiplegia learn life-changing skills.
In 2025, he pressed reset, sold almost everything he owned, returned to England after living in America, and began working with clay, founding the ceramic studio FOUND.
