Lovelda Vincenzi was born in the Caribbean, grew up as an international expat, travelled the world, and is now settled in the UK. This has made her passionate about diversity because she has experienced the world differently, and it is this global experience that allows her to seamlessly integrate into different spaces.
Lovelda’s international background and experience across TV, media, radio, stage, studio, and hybrid events gives her a unique point of view; she understands the positive impact diversity can have when it’s correctly implemented.
Sadly, so many voices go underrepresented on stage due to a lack of opportunities; for Lovelda, diverse voices are the rule, not the exception. Passionate about diversity, she has some key values that she implements in all of her work:
.
– Authenticity: no-one should feel they have to be anything other than themselves.
– Representation and Visibility: women should promote advocacy and allyship for other women.
– Professionalism: going on stage is a representation of Lovelda’s brand and has a key awareness of how it reflects her expertise.
– Reliability and Connection: speaking doesn’t need to be complicated. Lovelda’s goal is to help people connect so they can achieve their goals of living in a world where they are effortlessly included.

Coach
Lovelda is aware that we lack diversity on our stages, which in turn makes it difficult for organisers to find and book diverse talent. She assists female speakers with finding, booking, and getting paid to speak.

Keynote Speaker
Diversity, inclusion, and equity shouldn’t be buzzwords, they should be the norm. born in the Caribbean and now living in the UK, Lovelda is somewhat of a cultural chameleon with a unique perspective on what inclusion really means.
Lovelda creates conversations that invite participants to think differently about diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and helps create important spaces that allow people to connect with each other by honouring their diverse voices. She dreams of a world where specific diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas are no longer required for clients and staff.
As well as a diversity speaker, Lovelda is also a speaker mentor, helping female speakers build on their confidence and help them find the stage for their powerful messages.
