Having begun her career in investment banking, Sasha Qadri has a strong interest in financial services and business content. She has worked with companies such a Coca Cola as their communications manager, as well as freelancing as a presenter and producer since 2010. More recently, she worked for Bloomberg Live as a Senior Programming Director.
Before working in TV, Sasha began her career in investment banking at UBS and regularly hosts economic summits and works with financial institutions such as Lloyds Bank and the Treasury. She still often does studio work, recently hosting a live two hour studio event for NatWest, interviewing the bank’s UK CEO, Olympic athletes and other executives.
She is a frequent moderator of events on the impact of digital disruption and how businesses are reacting to the rapid pace of digital change in a technology-driven society.
Having produced news for CNN, CNBC, Channel 4 and ITN, Sasha is equally comfortable in front of the camera, regularly interviewing leading newsmakers, business leaders, and politicians. Recent interviews include Angus Thirlwell, the CEO and co-founder of Hotel Chocolat, Rocco Forte, the Founder of Rocco Forte hotels, former Dragon, Theo Paphitis, and celebrity chef Asma Khan.
Sasha works across a wide spectrum of industries, from cybersecurity to sustainability. She’s facilitated many conversations on the impact of technology, chairing large scale events at London Tech Week and London Fintech week. She was one of the main moderators at Leap, interviewing AI expert Mo Gawdat and former NBA champion Rick Fox on his sustainable concrete business. She was also one of the co-hosts at London Tech Week 2024, interviewing many of the key speakers including Deepak Chopra and Martha Lane Fox.
In the corporate sphere, she has worked with companies including Accenture, Atom Bank, Dell, EMC, HPE, and Microsoft.
