Seth Godin Keynote Speeches

The Icarus Deception: How High Will You Fly?: Using Icarus as a case study (fly too high and get burned, but fly too low, you’ll drown), Seth explores the importance of rocking the boat and embracing unpredictability and why it’s essential to the success of your business.

Purple Cow: Transform Your Business by Being Remarkable: Seth explores the importance of standing out by using the purple cow analogy. You’ve seen cows before. They’re a bit boring. But a purple cow? You’ve never seen one of them before. Knowing that customers are faced with multiple adverts every day, they all soon blend into the background. So you need to stand out. You need to ensure everything in your business stands out.

Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us: To become good leaders, individuals need to be passionate. Good leaders need to want to change things, they need to be able to connect to employees and customers, and they need to WANT to lead.

How To Make Your Ideas Go Viral: Nowadays, customers have millions of options to choose from, so why buy from you? In such a fast-paced world, we want things quickly. Seth explores how to create an idea that will go viral and catch your customer’s attention.

21st Century Marketing: Based on his best-selling book This is Marketing, Seth discusses current and future marketing trends and how to focus on the customer’s problem rather than the company’s.

Setting the Right Mindset: Seth has a winning mindset to succeed, and he wants everyone else to have a winning mindset to succeed. He explores how to change your mindset to a positive one and how individuals and companies can use this positivity to improve their marketing.

The Impact of Common Values: Seth believes that ordinary people can influence significant changes in another person, a company or a customer just by joining together and sharing similar values to good effect.

Spreading Ideas: Seth explores what makes a good idea and what makes a bad idea, offering advice as to why an idea may not succeed. He explores the importance of getting customers to care about something through good marketing.
