He was also the General Manager at the Michelin-starred restaurant Galvin at Windows on Park Lane for 14 years.
Fred Sirieix is a popular face on our television screens, appearing in Michel Roux’s Service (2011), Remarkable Places to Eat (2019-2021), Snackmasters (2019-2021) and The Apprentice in 2012. He is best recognised for being the charismatic host and maître d’ on the BAFTA Award winning Channel 4 show First Dates (2015-).
